ARAFFIN GAUZE DRESSING (TULLE GRAS) Paraffin Gauze is a sterile, non-adherent primary wound contact layer consisting of a leno-weave gauze impregnated with white soft paraffin. Designed to soothe and protect, it allows wound exudate to pass through into a secondary absorbent dressing while preventing the dressing from sticking to the wound bed, facilitating painless dressing changes and undisturbed healing.
