Using the Website

There is a subscription form in the footer of our website. Simply enter your email address and hit subscribe. You will also have an option to become a subscriber at checkout when you place an order.

In the footer of all of our emails will be a link to unsubscribe from further marketing emails. You are also welcome to contact us for assistance with getting unsubscribed.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the password reset link on the login page to send a unique link to your email address. Clicking on that link will allow you to change your password. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us for assistance.

Products

After adding an item to your cart, it will pop up at the top of your screen. If you want to add more items to your cart, don't click "Checkout" yet. Instead, head over to the other products you want to add and click "Add to cart". Once your cart contains all the products you want to buy, then you can click "Checkout".

Please contact us with the name of the product you are interested in at and we will let you know if or when new stock arrives.

If not so stipulated, chances are that these products are not available in those sizes, colours, make and or weight, however you are always welcome to confirm with us by contacting us.

Orders

Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. When you are ready to checkout, click on the cart icon in the header of our site and click "Checkout".

In the checkout you will be asked to confirm your personal details including your shipping address, contact information and payment information. Once you have completed payment via your preferred payment method you will land on your order status page and an email will arrive in your inbox confirming the details of your order, including any tracking information.

You will receive further updates via email as the status of your order updates.

It is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change an order if it has already been shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, or you feel that there are special circumstances surrounding your case, please contact us with your order number for assistance in changing or cancelling your order.

If you specify a g-mail address at Order Checkout, chances are very good that our Order Confirmation e-mail diverted to your Promotions or Spam Folder.

This means that your Order has been packaged and is ready for Courier Collection

If you have a specific request relating to your Order, for example "hoot at gate" or any other reasonable request, we will make our best efforts to comply with your request.

When you are on the "Checkout Page" you will find the option to leave such a request.

You are also most welcome to contact us with a specific request.

Payments

We have an SSL Certificate which indicates that the website is a secure connection, we are using a world-class website platform Shopify and a world recognised payment gateway Payfast.

Credit and debit cards, and via EFT.

Unfortunately we do not accept cash and you are not able to pay for your products on delivery.

Delivery

For South Africa, we have economy delivery. Should you wish to send your product express, please contact us for a quote. Express delivery is usually expensive. It may also depend on the product you ordered, please see specific delivery options in the Check Out.

Yes provided you let us know within 24 hours from having ordered your product. Once your parcel is collected, any changes may lead to delays in delivery and additional delivery costs to you.

Please contact us with your order number so that we can address this immediately.

We use Third Party Couriers.

As a rule we use The Courier Guy or Fastway as our experience indicates they are the most reliable courier services to date.

We do not deliver parcels ourselves as a rule, we would rather leave this to the experts in the industry.

Collections

We do not offer collection of orders at this stage. When this changes, we will publicize collection points on our website.
