Food for special medical purposes:
Nutritionally complete tube feed (1.2kcal/mL) with fibre (2g/100mL),
enriched in EPA, DHA and β-Carotene. Low in lactose and gluten. For the
dietary management of patients with or at risk of malnutrition. Indicated
for patients with a low or moderate energy requirement. Complete nutrition in
1200 kcal in a single 1000 mL bag.
Dosage:
Must be determined by the health care professional according to patients’
needs. Recommendation for complete nutrition of 1000 mL (one EasyBag)
to meet the estimated daily needs for the general population of vitamins,
minerals and trace elements.
Important notes:
To be used under medical supervision. Monitor feeding rate. Suitable as
the sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children < 3 years. Use with
caution in children < 6 years. Ensure adequate fluid intake. Not suitable for
patients with galactosemia. Not for parenteral (I.V.) use!
Instruction for use:
Store at room temperature. Once opened, use within 24 hours. Do not
use if the bag is damaged or swollen or if the contents are coagulated.
Do not mix with drugs. Shake before using!
Contraindications:
Not suitable whenever enteral nutrition is not permitted (e.g.
gastrointestinal bleeding, ileus and shock). Not suitable for patients with
severe organ failure with impaired metabolism such as hepatic or renal
failure and severe forms of malabsorption. Not suitable for patients with
congenital inability to metabolise the nutrients contained in Fresubin®
1200 Complete.

A, folic acid, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, sodium
selenite, vit. K1, biotin, vit. D3, vit. B12. Allergen Information: This product
contains milk, wheat, soy and fish oil.
